manner and to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

一. How to check the use of oil

1. Take out a little oil pan oil, twist with your fingers, if the oil is thick and can be drawn, it will not deteriorate, otherwise it needs to be replaced.

2. Pull out the oil scale to see if its engraving line is clear; if it is not clear, it means that the oil is dirty and needs to be replaced.

3. Put a small amount of oil in the oil pan into the container, and then slowly pour out, such as the oil is slender and uniform, there is no 

deterioration.

4. Drip the oil from the bottom of the oil shell on white paper, if the oil drop has a larger black spot in the center, and the surrounding yellow 

immersion is small, then the oil has deformed.

二. How to replace the oil

1. Start the engine of the Huachai generator, and drain all the waste oil including the radiator after the temperature is normal.

2. Use the ratio of oil to diesel to configure the cleaning oil, add it to the machine, and start the engine for cleaning.

3. The oil filter element is cleaned or replaced, the one-time element must be replaced, and the centrifugal type must clean the inner cavity of the 

rotor.

4. When installing the filter, it should be filled with clean oil first, so as to ensure that there is oil when starting, so as not to cause start-up wear.

5. Choose the appropriate brand of oil, add it to the oil pan, and tighten the plug when clean oil flows out of the oil mouth.

6. After the oil is replaced, the pressure of the oil should be checked to ensure that the pressure should not change.

7. The first refueling operation is that the engine should not be ignited to rotate, and the oil pressure gauge should be indicated before ignition 

and start.

When the engine oil inspection is done, it is necessary to ensure that it is carried out when the machine is shut down and the oil has not settled,

so as to get the correct results, the correct inspection, and the replacement of the oil is the key to ensuring that it can have a good use for a long 

time.
