To make a small generator, you need to prepare an old electric toy with a transmission mechanism, an old flashlight that can be lit, a suitable size of 

wood or plastic box, aluminum or iron sheet material that can be used as a lid, and a length of iron bar. Once you have these essentials, you can 

follow the steps below to complete the production.

1. To remove the motor from the old toy while paying attention to the two lines, they cannot be broken. The motor on the toy is mostly a black and 

red two-line motor, so it is easy to distinguish. At the same time, pay attention to the parts of the transmission mechanism that cannot be lost.

2. According to your own needs for the generator frame, make the required fixed support. Then remove the head of the flashlight, but pay attention 

to the light of the flashlight, which must be on. One more point needs special attention: red and black, two lines of red positive and black negative.

3. This is also the most technical content of a very important step; it needs to fix the motor and transmission mechanism on the bracket we have 

just made. And the red and black lines of the flashlight lamp head are correctly connected to the generator to ensure that the small generator we 

made can operate normally.

4. At this point, our work is basically done, so what we need is the inspection. Rotate the transmission mechanism; if the light is on, it indicates that 

it can be used normally; if the light is not on, it means that the direction of rotation is reversed, as long as the direction of rotation can be reversed.

5. Finally, the production of these is put into the box with screws fixed to the shaking plate, and the handle begins to be used.
