set should not only pay attention to the loss of power but also be easy to manage. 

3. Regarding the layout of the room, it should be noted that the diesel generator room should have two entrances and exits, and the corresponding 

fire and sound insulation measures must be complete. 

4. The ventilation problem of the diesel generator room should be paid special attention to, and a special oil storage room must be set up in the 

machine room to ensure the normal operation of the diesel generator.

Second, the equipment layout of the equipment room.

1. The equipment layout of the equipment room should meet the operation process requirements of the generator set, be economical and 

reasonable, and ensure safety. Under normal circumstances, the unit should be arranged horizontally, but it can also be arranged vertically when it is 

limited by the building site. 

2. The distance between the unit, the unit's outer wall and the wall must meet the needs of the relevant safety facilities. 

3. Auxiliary equipment should be arranged on the side of the diesel engine and near the side wall of the machine room. 

4. When the machine room is adjacent to the distribution room, be sure to pay attention to the outlet end of the generator, which is close to the 

distribution room. 

5. The noise reduction and sound insulation measures of the machine room must be complete, and the noise after treatment must comply with 

national laws and regulations. 

6. For all auxiliary equipment, such as exhaust fans, heaters, etc., to be done together with the power distribution panel.
