First, check the oil level.

Second, check the cooling system.

For the generator, it is necessary to keep the coolant filled as far as possible to ensure that it is on the working plane, and it needs to be checked 

before starting every day. The coolant plane is only carried out after the cooling system is cooled.

Third, check the connections of the intake pipe.

It is also very important to check the gas pipe of the diesel generator at the connection, whether they are loose or whether they have cracks, 

perforations, wear, and other damage inside. It is also necessary to keep the air intake system sealed well to ensure that all the air passes through 

the air filter.

Fourth, inspection of appearance.

In maintenance, the appearance is also very important because it is necessary to check whether there is the entry of external air, whether the joint 

needs to be replaced, or whether the pipe cover is tightly confined. These can be seen in their appearance, so the appearance of the inspection is 

essential.

Fifth, check the damage.

At the time of inspection, the main goal is to see whether there is damage, including checking whether the various components of the fuel system 

and so on are intact.
