Machines need regular maintenance and cleaning; otherwise, they will break down. The diesel generators we use in our daily lives also need to be

First, daily maintenance.

Pay attention to checking diesel engine parts. For example, whether its screws are loose, whether the amount of oil is sufficient, the level of the 

water surface of the tank, and the sealing of the exhaust pipe, but also to check the joints and routes in various places and regularly clean the dust 

and impurities on the surface.

Second, technical maintenance.

Technical maintenance sometimes requires us to spend a little on it, such as regularly replacing some parts such as filters, water filters, air filters, and

so on. Because these parts have a limited life, they have to be replaced for a certain amount of time; otherwise, they will hurt the machine itself. The

cooling water should also be replaced regularly, and lubricating oil should be added to the friction area of the machine to reduce friction and damage.

Third, interval maintenance.

Many pistons of diesel generators need to be cleaned after a long period of time, including the piston housing, cylinder liner, and piston ring, which 

can reduce their wear. Also, regularly, pay attention to the dust and dirt in the water pipe of the cooling water system; it is best to send them to a 

special place to be cleaned.

The cleaning and maintenance of diesel generators is more difficult than that of other machines, especially since the internal structure is not easy to 

clean. Therefore, it is necessary to check out its faults and drawbacks in advance and often pay attention to the changes and frequent maintenance 

of the machine so as to extend its life.
