The working principle of diesel generator set

Electrical energy is a secondary energy; it is transformed through other energy. There are many ways energy can be transmitted into electricity, 

and the main way of transformation is through generators. Some electricity is generated by some new energy, such as solar or tidal energy, and 

some is generated by drivers, such as gasoline or diesel. One of them is power generation with diesel as a drive; we call it a diesel generator set, 

and here is a description of its working principle.

Diesel generators use diesel engines to power the generator. Diesel is installed in the cylinder, then the air filter is used to filter the air, make it clean, 

and then mix the air and the diesel sprayed out of the injector nozzle. When the diesel injected from the spray mouth is nebulized at high pressure, 

it can be more fully mixed with the air. Then, in the process of moving down the piston, the volume of the cylinder is reduced, thereby increasing the 

internal energy, and the temperature increases rapidly to reach the fuel burning point, allowing the mixture of diesel and air to burn sharply, thus 

causing the volume of the gas to rapidly expand so as to push the piston down to do work.

The diesel engine through the thrust on the piston, you can drive the crankshaft of the generator to rotate, thereby driving the rotor of the diesel 

generator set to rotate, and then according to the principle of electromagnetic induction induction current, and then with the load to form a closed 

loop to generate current, so that the electricity we need in life is generated.

Diesel generator units can operate independently in the process of use without the influence of the regional power grid, so the reliability is higher.
