1. When maintaining the generator, it is necessary to check the contact ring of the generator first to see if there is dirt. If there is dirt, it is necessary

 to clean it in time.2. It depends on whether the rotor has a collision with the stator during the process of rotation. Whether the stator coil and rotor coil are damaged or 

have other faults.

3. See if there is a lack of oil in the bearing area or if the lubricant oil is dirty. And the length of the coal brush should be greater than five millimeters;

 if the coal brush length is too short, to replace the coal brush in a timely manner, it is also necessary to check the performance of the commutation 

diode.
