The diesel engine exhaust pipe emits blue smoke, and the lubrication oil enters the combustion chamber to participate in combustions. The burning is not entirely exposed to the emission of blue fumes, the cause of lubricating oil into combustional chamber is:.
(1) The oil bottom shell oil surface is too high; the engine oil is curved by the curved axle and the bracket head along the wall of the cylinder to scatter into the combustion chamber, so that the diesel engine smokes blue.
(2) Gas pipe oil sealing leaked oil valve rod and pipes with too large a gap or pipes oil seals aging, wear, failure, and the lubricating oil in the arm room along the valve rod and the pipe into the combustion chamber, so that the diesel engine smokes blue when the exhaust pipe organic oil leaks out. Inspection confirms which gas door oil seal is a problem, can dismantle the exhaust pipe, observe the exhalation gate if wet, that is, which cylinder oil seal fails. When changing the oil seal, you do not need to dismantle the shock arm group; just put the air pressure of the cylinder that replaced the fuel seal, pull the shook arm to the side, then shake the cylinder to the upper stop point, remove the valve spring, and you can replace the valve oil seal.
(3) The clearance between the valve guide and the valve rod is too large, and the clearance between the inner hole of the valve guide and the valve rod is too large. Due to the suction force when the piston goes down, the oil enters the combustion chamber along the inner wall of the valve, resulting in the oil burning.
(4) The piston ring and cylinder liner wear serious reasons: piston ring and cylinder liner wear serious, piston ring inverted, piston ring in the cylinder
or piston ring cemented in the ring groove, oil into the combustion chamber, diesel engine blue smoke.
(5) The spacing between the cylinder liner and piston is too large to cause the oil in the engine to leak, and it is necessary to replace the cylinder liner to meet the prescribed standards.
(6) In addition to the above cases, there is also a booster, turbine end, or compressor blade end sealing ring that failed, which needs to be repaired and replaced.
In addition, the empty load is too long to operate, which will also cause the diesel engine to smoke. Low-speed empty loads should be minimized. Prevent pipeline oil from overheating, and the lubricant oil enters the combustion chamber along the gas pipeline, causing the engine to smoke.
